Freddie Mac Homesteps has a great promotion going. They’re offering to pay buyer’s closing costs up to 1.5% of the sale price on their Missouri properties. To qualify you must sign up for a coupon at the Homesteps website prior to making an offer. The promotion runs through July 15, 2005 and properties must close by August 31, 2005 to qualify.
